KAUAI MOVERS PRICES AS OF 2023

We charge by -weight-size-time & knowledge—All prices are plus sales tax & $20.00 PF per delivery

Over-time charges start after 6 hours (time & half) –(Additional insurance available)

                 $2000.00 Minimum or 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BOOK MOVE JOB—NO CREDIT CARDS—

               ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE WITH, LOCAL CHECKS, VENMO APP, CASH or WIRE

  • $500.00 ----- Minimum weight charge up to 500 pounds (total)

  • $1000.00 -----per items that weight over 500 pounds +

  • $4.46 --------- per cubic foot for big jobs with 20, 40 & 45 ft containers

  • $350.00 - truck rental 16ft with lift gate (smaller trucks available)

  • $ Gasoline charge per move job

  • Note: Drive time starts when they leave our yard in Lihue, return the truck, to the yard in Lihue.

  • Minimum - 3 workers for bigger jobs (4 hours minimum rate) includes drive time

  • Minimum - 2 workers for small jobs (3 hours minimum rate) includes drive time

  • $235.00 per hour charge for construction professional, for building crates, etc.

  • $295.00 - Pallet jack per day—(for heavy items that need to be moved)

  • $185.00 - big wheel/4 wheel dolly for stairs and heavy items - per day

  • $135.00 - per hour per worker (up to 80 pounds & 6 hours)

  • $135.00 - per hour for truck driver(needs to be knowledgeable on driving truck)

  • $450.00 - For 14 ft Ramp 4000 pounds Capacity for loading and unload containers (includes truck, driver and gas - deliver ramp to move job and container. Then fill up gas on truck, return to the yard, unload ramp in yard.

  • $675.00 - per hour for 5 workers ( up to 80 pounds per worker) + manager

  • $540.00 - per hour for 4 workers (up to 80 pounds per worker) + manager

  • $405.00 - per hour for 3 workers (up to 80 pounds per worker) + manager

  • $270.00 - per hour for 2 workers (up to 80 pounds per worker) + manager

Policy

OUR INSURANCE IS $350 FOR EVERY $2000.00. IT COMES WITH A $500.00 DEDUCTIBLE.
YOU MUST AGREE TO THIS ON THE CONTRACT WITH YOUR SIGNATURE OR PROVIDE YOUR OWN INSURANCE FOR THE MOVE JOB JUST LIKE A CAR RENTAL COMPANY.

ALL MOVE JOBS ARE CUSTOMIZED AND ESTIMATED PER THE JOB AND INFO THAT YOU GIVE US. WE HAVE 20, 40 & 45 FT CONTAINERS AVAILABLE – ALSO STORAGE UNIT TO HELP YOU STORE YOUR ITEMS – MONTHLY ONLY CHARGES. — TOTAL PRICE WILL NOT BE KNOW UNTIL MOVE JOB IS DONE.

WE BUILD CUSTOM CRATES WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO FILL A 20FT CONTAINER. $1500.00

WE OFFEER BUBBLE RAP, TAPE, BOXES, STREATCH RAP, and workers to help pack anything you need help with @ $135.00 per hour

We charge by weight, size, time, knowledge, coordination – All prices are plus sales tax & $40.00 processing fee per delivery

          Minimum non-refundable deposit of $2000.00 or 50% of estimate good for one year required

  • $1500.00 ----------ADDITION CHARGES FOR FORK LIFTS - $1500.00

  • $4.46 --------------Per cubic foot for big jobs with 20, 40 & 45 foot containers

  • $385.00 -----------16ft Cube Truck with lift gate 24 hours or less rate / smaller trucks available $250.00 for 24 hours or less

  • $ 85.00 ------------Manager per hour – The Manager can also be a Worker- they are in-charge of the move job, they work directly with you loading trucks to make sure that it is balanced correctly, unloading items and where they go, loading storage facilities, collection of balance due and in-charge of any damage and insurance claims. The manager reports directly to me and takes care of anything else that needs to get done for you.

  • $350.00 ------------Pallet Jack per 24 hours or less—(For heavy items that need to be moved on a flat surface)

  • $250.00 ------------Big wheel dolly for 24 hours or less for stairs and heavy items includes straps

  • $155.00 ------------Per Hour per worker (up to 80 pounds and 6 hours max)

  • $155.00 ------------Per Hour for truck drivers (needs to be knowledgeable on driving big trucks)

  • $595.00 ------------14 foot ramp for loading and un-loading containers (4000 pounds per item on ramp) Piece includes Truck, driver, and gas, deliver ramp to move job, unload ramp, fill truck up with gas and take back to yard

  • $265.00 ------------ Per hour charge for construction professional, building crates etc.

  • Minimum ---------- 2 Workers for small jobs (3 hours minimum) includes drive time

  • Minimum -----------3 workers for bigger jobs (4 hour minimum) includes drive time

  • NOTE: --------------Drive time starts when they leave the yard in Lihue and return the truck or ramp after they fill up with gas to the yard in Lihue.
